Author: As the recession bites administration for clubs can be a headache and costly. The solution is to use a forum or bulletin board as a club room. If the software is good all manner of modifications can be made.
- Private rooms can be made for the committee
- Donations and fees can be collected
- Members can be approved before joining
- Moderators can re post items into their correct categories
- The minutes of any meetings can be recorded
- Travel expenses can be saved
- As time goes on the forum grows into a magazine
- Newsletters can be sent with minimum effort.
